Conducting asset verification from floor to sheet and sheet to floor.
• Conducting quarterly inventory audits and reconciling with system defined inventory
reports to inspect any discrepancy in the database.
• Corroborate with IT department to mitigate any discrepancies and
designing procedures to eliminate any future possibilities.
• Conducting briefing sessions/presentations to ensure related staff is updated and
familiarized with new policies and procedures implemented in the company.
• Verification of ambiguous accounting vouchers (JVs).
